Despite the empty sign-up sheet, there were many Kiwanians that showed up to help. Herm Leitz cooked on the BBQ all night, Kristy Sadlon brought the Aktioneers whom were a huge help, and Lindsey Michaels worker her first service project and did an excellent job getting all of the food and running when needed. Overall, this year was great!

Twilight Road Run is coming on August 14th. Mark your calendar and get ready to help!

Happy Bucks

John Roesch is so happy that his favorite people in the whole world are here to play for us today.

Steve Sorenson is happy that he won a Supreme Court case that has been ongoing since February 10th. He also won another case that has been ongoing for two years.

Ken Koffarnus is happy that he will be traveling to Florida next month to attend his daughter's wedding.

Kristy Sadlon is happy because her son Lyshon played in an 8U Tournament last weekend and they did very well (3-1) and overall took 3rd place. She is also happy that this weekend is the last baseball Tournament, which happens to be in Bonduel. Her son Lyshon is attending Camp Wawbeek this weekend, so she is very happy to have a week to relax!

Queen of Spades 50/50 Raffle

Rich Scamehorn’s ticket was pulled by Green LakeFestival of Music player Ben Garton. The card he pulled was a five of diamonds. Congratulations Rich for winning $5! The Queen is still hiding with 12 cards left in the deck and over $400 up for grabs.

Today’s Program: Green Lake Festival of Music

John Roesch is an avid Green Lake Festival of Music fan. He is pleased to have them here expressing their joy of music to us. The Green Lake Festival of Music is a nonprofit sponsor of classical music concerts and educational opportunities during the summer in intimate venues in the Green Lake, Wisconsin area. They are supported by the Performing Arts Fund with additional support from several local business and private donations. They are in their 31st season for the Festival of Music and are 2/3 away from this season ending.

Executive Director Jeanette Kreston, is in her 13th season with the group. There are 19 members total in the group, all from high schools all around the nation, the majority of them are from Wisconsin. Josee Weigand, Bridget Windau, Katherine Canon, Ben Garton, Nina Sobotka played the 4th Movement of Wilheim Berger’s Cello Quintet for us today.

There are many more concerts available through July 25th. Go to www.greenlakefestival.org for dates and times or call 920-748-9398.
